He urged all well-meaning citizens of Kano to work together to reconcile the two political figures for the progress and unity of the state. Jibrin highlighted that both Kwankwaso and Ganduje are long-time friends who have achieved great success in their political careers.

He said, “They were friends for a long time, and they started good things together, but what is happening between them is sad and painful. This is not a time to open old wounds but a time to embrace a future of peace, unity, tranquillity, progress, and development.”

Dr. Abdulmumin Jibrin Kofa, stated that efforts were already underway to resolve the feud between Rabiu Kwankwaso and Umar Ganduje. He urged everyone who supports the reconciliation to come together and help make it a reality. He said he wants to see Kwankwaso attending Ganduje’s daughter’s wedding and Ganduje attending Kwankwaso’s son’s wedding, emphasizing that they should support each other in both joyful and difficult times.
