Once a highly-rated youngster in the Premier League, the goalkeeper has lost confidence and form and has been at fault for a number of goals conceded this season – including one freak mistake against Sunderland.

The goalkeeper has had a poor time this season and may be looking to prove to other clubs, including United, that he is still as good as others tipped him to be earlier in his career.
