Minister of Education, Dr. Tunji Alausa, made this announcement during an interview on Channels Television’s Politics Today on Tuesday.

He emphasized that the administration of President Bola Tinubu is determined to confront examination malpractice head-on, as it undermines the integrity of the education system and discourages hardworking students.

“We have a serious problem with examination malpractice, and we are addressing it directly as a government. This is unacceptable because allowing people to cheat disincentivizes those who genuinely work hard,” Alausa stated.

He further assured that the government would take decisive action against Miracle Examination Centres, describing the issue as a major challenge that has compromised the nation’s education system.

Additionally, the Minister revealed that the government has initiated a plan to train five universities, which will, in turn, train other public institutions nationwide.
