BREAKING: Ex-Oyo AG Warns Governor Adeleke Against Probing Conviction Of ‘Chicken Thief’

Adebayo described the investigation as “unconstitutional” and warned that it may endanger judges and expose them to threats from criminals.

Adebayo emphasized that the executive arm lacks the power to investigate judges for their decisions, as it constitutes a usurpation of the judiciary’s constitutional role.
